Job detail:

1. The appointee will be responsible for project implementation, which includes planning mass production process technology, managing corresponding R&D processes, and completing the development of production processes and recycled plastics.
2. Conduct compatibility testing of recycled plastics and production processes, adjust production process technology and raw material accordingly, and develop quality inspection methods for GTF
3. Collaborate closely with senior scientists to optimize the metamaterial structure design and mass production process, with the goal of achieving mass production of highly efficient sound-absorbing metamaterials using recycled plastics.

Requirements

• Master or above in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Material Science, Polymer Engineering, Nanomaterials technology or related disciplines.
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in advanced material preparation and production process development.
• Solid experience in leading the construction of advanced material production line.
• Wholehearted application to work with high motivation.
• Work independently and able to communicate in teamwork. 

1. 材料相關領域碩士或以上學位，十年或以上的先進材料製備及生產工藝開發經驗，曾主導完成先進材料生產線的搭建；
2. 負責項目生產工藝技術方案規劃及相應研發流程的管理，同時完成生產工藝及再生塑膠原材料組分開發工作；
3. 進行再生塑膠原材料與生產工藝兼容性測試、生產工藝技術調整及原材料組分的調整，質量檢測方法的開發；
4. 與高級科學家緊密合作，优化超材料结构设计及量产工艺，实现基于回收塑料的高效吸音超材料的量产。
