Shipping charges for your order may vary depending on the weight and dimensions of the order placed and will be calculated accordingly and displayed at checkout. Metair is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Order processing time
 All orders at Metair are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Please note that shipping time for International orders may be delayed due to clearance at customs of designated countries and the required processing time may be subjected to the local e-Commerce import laws. Metair does not have control over this process and is not responsible for any shipping delay due to this reason.
Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. We will not accept any product return/exchange request for reasons that are not relevant to product quality.
Once an exchange or refund offer is confirmed, you will receive the choice of (a) a refund to your payment method ; (b) a replacement item sent to you (if stock is available) within 2-3 working days.
