Shipping charges for your order may vary depending on the weight and dimensions of the order placed and will be calculated accordingly and displayed at checkout. Lumi Technology is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Order processing time
All orders at Lumi Technology are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Please note that shipping time for International orders may be delayed due to clearance at customs of designated countries and the required processing time may be subjected to the local e-Commerce import laws. Lumi does not have control over this process and is not responsible for any shipping delay due to this reason.
Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. If you have not received a shipping confirmation email after 5 working days of purchases, please reach us at supply@lumi.tech. We will get back to you within 1 working days.
Exchange & Return
Hong Kong Exchange and Returns
For Hong Kong online orders, we will accept exchange and refund on damaged items within 30days from the receipt of items. Please contact us via supply@lumi.tech or phone (+852) 3619 5848.
International Exchange and Returns
For international online orders, we offer free exchange upon receiving proofs of damaged goods. Please contact us via supply@lumi.tech or WhatsApp (+852) 69078380.
Please note that our Exchange and Return policy is only applicable to online orders. Lumi Technology monitors returns to identify potential misuse or abuse of our return policies. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
We will not accept any product return / exchange request for reasons that is not relevant to product quality.
Once an exchange or refund offer is confirmed, you will receive the choice of: (a) refund to your payment method (b) a replacement item sent to you (if stock is available) within 2-3 working days.

訂單處理時間
Lumi Technology 的所有訂單將在 2 - 3 個工作日內處理。 而周六日或公眾假期不會發貨或交收訂單。
如果我們遇到大量訂單,發貨則有可能會延誤數天。 請允許額外的運送工作天。 如果您的訂單發貨有明顯延遲,我們將通過電郵或電話與您聯絡。
請注意,國際訂單的運輸時間可能會因指定國家/地區的海關程序而延遲,所需的處理時間亦同時受當地電子商務進口法律的約束。 Lumi 無法控制此運送程序,因此也不對任何運輸延遲負責。
訂單追蹤
一旦您的訂單已發貨,您將收到一封包含追蹤號碼的確認電郵。追蹤號碼將會在 24 小時內啟動。如果您在付款後 5 個工作天仍未收到確認電郵,請透過 supply@lumi.tech 聯絡我們。我們將在 1 個工作天內回覆。
換貨及退貨
對於香港在線訂單,我們接受客戶收到貨品後30天內因貨品損壞提出之換貨及退款要求。請透過 supply@lumi.tech 或電話(+852) 28681515 聯繫我們。
請注意,我們的換貨及退款政策僅適用於在線訂單。Lumi 會密切留意可能濫用退貨政策之個案,並且保留拒絕向任何人提供服務之權利。
我們恕不接受與貨品品質無關之換貨及退款請求。
一旦確認換貨或退款,您將可選擇: (a) 退款到您的付款方式 (b) 在 2-3 個工作日內發送全新貨品給您(如庫存許可)。
